Fort Worth, TX – – Part of the easy credit of recent years has involved the targeting of a younger group for credit cards, especially college students. Students do not have to exert themselves to get a credit card offer; they will receive numerous unsolicited offers of credit cards. While credit cards have a legitimate role to play in the life of a college student, there is a growing need for parents to educate their children about credit and personal finances at an early age. Otherwise, students may graduate with education loans to pay off and a growing credit card debt, while searching for a job in a declining economy.
